I want more pears.

Dave made some great progress today! Today I had a short conversation with Dave for the first time. He opened his and left eye and saw me and asked "What the shit you been up to?" and gave me the hand shake. He's drinking water like there's no tomorrow and really likes pears. He's been eating and he really "loves water".

He counted from one to ten. He remembered being in Guatemala from a photo. Dave was talking to Sarah quite a bit today and was much calmer when she was around. When she wasn't there he asked for her.

It's good progress, he responds well for a short time then wears out quickly. It's obvious he's trying really hard.

If anyone has any photos of Dave, we have a huge poster board in his room with tons of photos. He was really liking the photos and it helped. Anyone who is familiar with the mullet party, I showed him a photo from that and he replied "Classic".
